Feeling Refreshed!

I couldn't believe that I just woke up at 6 in the morning just like that. With no alarm from my hp to wake me up! Woahh.. that's the first. Hmmm.. maybe it could be because I slept early yesterday at 1130 pm. (Well I normally sleep at 12 or 1 plus.) Maybe that's the reason.

Or it could be because of the panadol flu I took before I go to sleep. I was down with flu and it was ok when I was at work. Then it got worse when I got back home. I couldn't stop sneezing!

Or.... it could be because of the brisk-walking/jogging that I had with my colleagues after work. Yeah.. maybe it's because of the exercise. It has been a long time since I did jogging and my colleagues and I have been planning to do it since last year but in the end, nobody did it. It wasn't until one of my colleague decided to put a stop on this "just talking nonsense and no action" and told us to bring our gears for the exercise. Hehehe!

Just imagine if we had done it last year, we could have at least shed some weight. Oh well, it's better than not starting it at all. My sister's planning to jog this coming Saturday. I might be joining her. Cool! See how motivated I am? =P
