2:55 PM Is this common in a relationship? Let's say B – Boy & G – Girl. (like doh!) Situation 1 G calls B. B is playing a game on x-box or watching a dvd movie. G wants to talk but B gave a slow response as he is doing something else. G thinks its no point talking when his attention is somewhere else. So G then let him do his thing and put down the phone. Situation 2 B calls G. G is watching a show on cable tv. B wants to talk but G gave a slow response as she is talking to him & watching the show at the same time. B continues to talk. G wants to see this show and tells him. B replied, "Fine. You go and watch your tv!" Hearing that, G then switch off the tv and talked to him. G only puts down when B wants to do something else. Conclusion: Fair? Unfair? Give and take? No understanding? Situation 1 B & G plans to meet for a date after work. G reached the destination. B hasn't arrived yet. G waits for him no matter how long until he reach (let's put it 2 hrs or so.) and messaging him about his whereabouts at the same time. B has some work to do. G understand and waits until he reach. B apologizes when he meet her. G is mad but do not make it a big deal and show lil' bit of frustration. G too does not want the date to be ruin as she wants to spend more time together. So B & G just continue the date. Situation 2 B & G plans to meet for a date after work. B reached the destination. G hasn't arrived yet. B messages G asking her whereabouts and she’s still at work finishing the last touch of her work. B waits for her for a few minutes or so until she reach. G apologize when she meet him. B is mad and frustrated for waiting a long time. G then defends herself as she got to finish her work and the deadline is tomorrow. B then tells G, "You should have planned your time more efficiently to finish this work on time." G just takes it in as she do not want any arguments on their date. So B & G then continue the date. Note: Take it as it happens on every time they meet. Conclusion: Fair? Unfair? Give and take? No efforts in meeting each other up? No understanding of each other's situation? Do we girls have to take all these in and deal with it ourselves? Do we girls have to comfort ourselves when these happen to us? Do guys really understand the feelings that we girls' have? Do you? :( |
