2:49 PM Work If you have read my previous entries lately, you know that I had it with my current job right? Well, I had actually submitted my resignation letter on the 7th November. Well, that is after I had found another job offer @ another place. Same remuneration, same kinda work but different nature of company. And my resignation letter was like a "bombshell" to them. That's what they say to me. Both of my boss called me in regarding the resignation and said that my actions were unexpected and it caught them by surprise. And they didn't see any signals from me that I was unhappy and wanted to leave. They were asking why I wanted to leave and my objectives for accepting this new offer and so on... In the end, they ask me reconsider before I really make my final decision. I really had a hard time making the decision you know. I guess its 'cause I'm comfortable in here and I get along well with my colleagues. And I'm getting out from the safe zone to venture out a big adventure. But I think 4 years in an audit firm is enough for me to move on. I kept thinking like oh.. who's gonna cover my responsibilities later.. oh.. who's gonna do the accounts like how boss want it to be... I keep thinking of others instead of me. And maybe that's why I had a hard time leaving the place. So I start thinking what I want and decided to move on. My boss were dissapointed with my decision as they say that they were happy with my performance and at the same time wishes me all the best. *sigh* why do I feel sad when they said that? Is it because of the close bonding we had like a family? When my colleague fax over a recruit advertisement to the SPH for The Straits Time, it finally hit me that I'm really leaving this place. A place which I had spent time for 4 years. A place where I sometimes called my 2nd home. A place where I spent the ups and downs with my colleagues. No doubt that I can still visit them sometimes, but I still feel sad to leave the place. My last day will be on the 6th of December. I hope I won't cry on the way home. Haha!! I will definitely miss everyone there. Including the cat! No more expecting the co's cat to wait for me when I reach the office to let her in. No more abg hairul's jokes to laugh about. No more gossiping or bitching with Diana. No more advices from Kak Juliana. :( And Hafiz says I'm too emotional on this. Am I??  Management & Staffs  Kak Juliana, Me & Diana. Will Miss you guys! 1:45 PM 8 November 2007 Happy Deepavali to all my indian friends. ;) I know this is kinda late but hey, I did come to your houses for the occasion right? ^^ Me and my colleague, Diana went to our ex-colleague's house. She invited us to her house on that first day and it was great meeting her. It's been a long time since we met her and catch up with each other. The food there was good. Nasi Briyani catered form Victory @ North Bridge Road. Yummy!! By the time we leave her place, we didnt realise that we had actually spent like 3 hours at her house. Oh well, time sure flies by when we are having a gd time. On the 10th november, me and my poly mates went to our friend's house for Diwali dinner at her new executive house. Her house was damn big I tell you. I can't wait to have my own house. You can do whatever you want with it. Renovate here and there. Decorate it with whatever themes I want. Hehehe... Guess I gotta wait to 2 or 3 years time eh? Right hon? Lol! Anyway, we didnt stay up a long time as it was getting late and we have to work the next day. And so we leave early but that is after taking a photo together. Haha! Must always take picture. ;)  Sign off @ 1.45 pm

11:38 AM Updates Oh wow! It's been a month since I wrote anything here. And to those who keep checking my blog for more updates and found there's none, so sorry about that. Been busy and sometimes I'm just too lazy. Haha! So for the sake of my overseas friends, here's the update. A lot of things have been happening lately and I seriously do not know where to start. So let me just update only on Hari Raya celebrations for today. Don't wanna bore you with a long entry. ;) 13 Oct 07 - Hari Raya Celebrations Well, Hari Raya was a blast. Even though there was hiccups here and there, everything turns out fine. As per normal, we seek forgiveness to our parents first thing in the morning. And then, of course after that our time was spent together with my grandmother and my relatives. It was great as all of the relatives were gathered and since its like a once a year kinda of thingy, all of us including the cousins were busily catching up with recent updates in our lives. Hehehe... The only different about this year is that on the next day, our family went visiting together with my uncles' and aunties' family. ^^ We always used to go on our own but when we reached at our uncle house, they just sort of plan it to go together since my auntie is also coming to his house. So this was like a last minute thingy. But it was great! All of us travelling in 2 vehicles. Going to at least 6 to 7 houses I think. From morning to late at night. A joyous day I tell you. Hope to do it again next year. :) Picture at my website. Feel free to browse it @ myflickrsite 17 Nov 2007 @ 8 pm Hari Raya with the boyfriend wasn't the way that I had planned. During the fasting month, he was telling me about going to his adik angkat's and his relatives' houses on Hari Raya and I seriously couldn't wait for that to happen. But guess what, we manage to go to his sister's and his close buddy house only. :( Yup, that bad. I don't wanna blame on his work schedule 'cause he's working to earn some $$$ for the future. But damn, I hate his job sometimes. Oh well, at least we did spent our time together even if it's just one day. I should be thankful for that. :)  28 October 2007 - Celebrations with Sec. friends Celebrating with the sec. school mates was different this time. ^^ Well, eventhough some couldn't make it. It's gd to meet up with them. It's like back to the old school days. Hehe... We manage to go to 8 houses I think. Thanks to Jumari for driving us around. ^^ And oh, green seems to be the colour for this year's Hari Raya. Almost 3 of them wear the same colour. Damn... I wanted to wear green but change my mind at the last minute and went with purple colour instead. -_-" Anyway, great meeting u all guys. We'll do it again next year and this time, try to make a full house okay? ;) Pictures taken again but only a few. Blame on the owner for forgetting to charge the digital camera battery!
