12:41 PM Couldn't take it anymore! I broke down yesterday in the office. And yes, I'm fasting. My patience limit was up to my neck. I thought I could control it and go thru with the day. But I guess I'm wrong. I just broke down like that. The tears just couldn't stop flowing. Work, my bosses, argument with my boyfriend all came to me in just one day. I do not know how long I can handle this thing. Serious. I guess I have to cut my time short here and start ahead with my plans now. We'll see. Thursday, September 06, 2007
4:42 PM Poor customer service?? Have u ever waited for your food for more than 30 mins? How would you feel if you are hungry and the food that you ordered were no where to be seen? Pissed off? That's what happened yesterday night. I met Hafiz yesterday night to have our dinner together. And so we went to Pizza Hut since it has been a long time since we went there. I guess we made a bad choice. First mistake. No smile from the waiter when he greeted us. That's ok. Maybe he's too tired. 2nd mistake: We wanted to order Cheese lava Ocean Catch Pizza but the waitress rudely said back that we have to wait for a long time for that as they did not do that due to the promotion of the rosemary cheese pizza fondue. Hafiz then said he don't mind waiting. That waitress then showed a irritated kinda face and said, "What pizza u want again?" Shesshhh! Our drinks came and then followed by the chicken wings. Then the supervisor came and told us that they have no cheese lava pizza and so we had to change to a pan pizza. Ok.. that's fine. 15 mins pass by.... And no pizza yet. 30 mins later.... Still no pizza and we had devoured the honey wings chicken. The customers who had arrived after us were all getting their food and I knew they had forgotten our orders. I wanted to raise my hand to the waiter to ask if our pizza is ready or not? But Hafiz wanted to see how long these waiters/waitress are aware of our situation. So I purposely showed an irritated face (well, I was feeling irritated and mad at that time) and looked at them for their attention. But they just couldn't be bothered and were doing their own things one side. People around us had done with their food and left. 15 mins later. I couldn't wait anymore and asked the waiter with an irritated voice asking if our pizza is ready or not? The supervisor came out and ask us. "U haven’t receive ur pizza?" What a stupid qns!!!! Can’t he see that we do not have any pizza pan on our table? My gdness! He went back to check and true enough, by the reactions from the waiter/waitresses they have forgotten our orders. Bah!!! I told Hafiz to pay up and leave cause I had lost my appetite but by the time he went to the cashier, the waitress had brought out our order. She just mumbled her words and I could make out like sorry we had to wait longer and something something. Hafiz couldn't take it and wanted to see the manager. Cut the story short, Hafiz complained a lot of matters to the manager and she apologized on their behalf. We didn't even finish the pizza. Can't blame us right, with that kind of service. All I know now, is that Suntec City Pizza Hut is OUT from our list of restaurants/fast food. Monday, September 03, 2007
2:29 PM Changes! Changes! See all about it! ;) Finally it's done. I've been browsing and browsing and browsing the blogskin website for a suitable layout and finally end up with this. But I'm still not satisfied. Oh wth... I just leave it like this for a while. Weekends was okay. Dont talk about Saturday. I gotta work on that day at my boss's shop and I hate that. I think it's time I told her that I can't help her as I don't like sales line that much. I belonged to the office world... Hahaha! Went out with Mum & sis on sunday. Mum wanted to go to Taka and my last sis ended up buying 2 tops. Well with my money of course. Haha! Then we just walked around while munching Amos Famous cookies. Yummy!! *Iskh... Im fasting today and just thinking about those cookies makes me hungry* (>.<) Nothing much on what we bought on that day. Just window shopping. But I still enjoy the outing with Mum. It has been a long time since I went out with her. Oh by the way, Hafiz had bought me a PSP last 2 weeks. See how lucky I am to have him!! LOL! Been having fun with that thing every nite. Heheh. But hey, don't think that I kept that all to myself. Hafiz do get a share of it during his day off. After that, it's all mine... MINE!! *evil laugh* Bah... Don't worry! I'm okay, and I'm not crazy... I just don't have the mood to work now. Yes! You guess it right. I'm writing this in the office, with no boss around of course! *Sigh*It's even raining cats and dogs! A good weather to be in bed! Bummer! |
